Understanding Our Credit System
- 1 Storage Credit = up to 17 minutes of HIPAA retention ($0.50 each, rounded up)
- 1 Audit Credit = up to 20 minutes of CMS-aligned review ($0.50 each, rounded up)
- Example: 30-min call → 2 Storage Cr ($1) + 2 Audit Cr ($1) = $2 total
- Credits never expire.
Short Call Ingestion Allowance
We understand that not every call is valuable—especially the short, spammy ones. That's why we offer a free short-call allowance.
- Ingest calls under 2 minutes for free—up to half your monthly credit allotment
- After reaching your allowance, short calls count toward your credits like normal
Example: On a 100-credit plan, you can ingest up to 50 short calls (under 2 minutes) for free every month.
Free Archived Retrievals
Every plan includes up to 10% of your monthly credits as free Glacier downloads.
- Retrieve archived recordings at no cost, up to your monthly allowance
